Eating Slightly cleaner - Day 7

We made it to Day 7 of eating slightly cleaner!  The Mr and I have horrible eating habits.  I blame it on late work nights and the Mr.  I cannot say no to those puppy dog i feel like pizza eyes!

Last night instead of the traditional salad we opted for this delicious broccoli salad.  It literally took me 10 minutes to make.

What you need:
1/2  cup low fat Hellman's mayo with olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 bag of pre-washed broccoli florets
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower kernels
2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

How to Make It:
Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar.
Combine broccoli, onions, raisins and sunflower kernels in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; toss to coat.
Refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
